1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed after full payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that all products sold on this website are used and professionally reconditioned OEM parts. Stock availability may vary.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse using CouriersPlease and other approved courier partners where required.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Multiple Item Orders
Where an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics.
Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.
