Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns where an item:

  • Is faulty or not functioning as described, or

  • Has been incorrectly supplied (wrong item sent)

Due to the specialised nature of used and professionally reconditioned OEM automotive parts, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Compatibility issues where the correct OEM part number was not confirmed prior to purchase

All products are sold based on OEM part numbers and original factory specifications.


2. Compatibility & Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.

Fitment issues may arise due to:

  • Vehicle configuration differences (LED / Adaptive / Laser / Matrix variants)

  • Production year variations

  • Trim level differences

  • Regional specification differences

We strongly recommend confirming the OEM part number or consulting a qualified technician prior to purchase.

Incorrect fitment due to vehicle specification differences does not constitute a fault.


3. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns will not be accepted where:

  • Damage has occurred during installation or removal

  • The item has been installed, modified, opened, or tampered with

  • Wiring, coding, programming, or calibration errors have occurred

  • Cosmetic marks consistent with normal used parts handling are present

  • The return is requested without prior written approval


4. Inspection & Reporting Timeframe

All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If you believe the item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue

  • The OEM part number label

  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for assessment.


5. Return Authorisation

All returns require prior written approval.

If approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

  • The item must not have been installed or modified

  • Proper packaging must be used to prevent damage in transit

Unauthorised returns may be refused.


6. Refunds & Remedies

If a return is approved and the issue is confirmed, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Refund

Shipping costs, installation labour, coding fees, and related third-party expenses are not covered unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


7. Used & Reconditioned Parts Disclaimer

All headlights sold are used and professionally reconditioned OEM units.

“Reconditioned” refers to functional testing and basic restoration only and does not imply cosmetic perfection or “brand new” condition.

Minor cosmetic marks, signs of previous use, or age-related wear are normal characteristics of used automotive components and do not constitute defects.


8. Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
